You choose up to 3 apartments that suit your conditions and we introduce you the owners. After the visit, you will directly deal with the owner and make contract. We let the owners know about you beforehand so you can communicate smoothly.

Apartments we can introduce to you depend on your duration. Let us know your duration accurately as possible to avoid misunderstanding with the owner. Also be reminded not to pay (including deposits etc) before you see the apartment and meet the owners. We will provide you support during the stay as well.

Terms and Conditions

Euro Estate and the operating company Valenz International only provides apartment information and contact of the owners, and we do not have any contract relationship with owners. We are not responsible for any damages or losses caused by contacting owners, visiting, making contract, paying, moving in and out of the apartment.
Apartment and owners' information are confirmed when registered or updated. We serve our best to correct them, however, as all information are entirely provided by owners, we do not guarantee their accuracy.
We do not guarantee that you will be able to make contract with the apartment you selected. Euro Estate communicates with owners, and checks availability before introducing apartments, however, if by any remote chance, we happend to be unable to introduce the apartment, we will introduce other owner after we verify with the owner (If the reason is due to you, this will not apply). There are no refund of the fees under any circumstances.
Customer must inform us rent duration accurately. In case of extension, customer must notify us and pay for additional fees if any. In case of breach, customer is responsible for the fees for the extended period with 50% increaseed fee amount.
Information of the apartment and owners are only to be used by the customer him/herself. Any redistribution, transfers, posting and any other usages are prohibited, even for non-commercial uses. You shall not disclose the contact to anyone, and you shall protect them with care and security. You must use them only to contact owner for purpose of entering into the introduced apartment. In case of breach, customer is responsible for the fees for the highest fees decribed in the service plan.
Euro Estate is available only for customers with age of 18 years or older. For those under age of 18, parents agreement is needed.
The contents of this agreement, shall be subject to change without notice.
